The Duchess of Cambridge slipped into her first maternity dress yesterday, a custom-made powder blue Emilia Wickstead cocktail frock.
Until now, Kate’s bump has been so petite she has been able to wear her pre-pregnancy clothes but her belly has popped this week and her favourite designers are now racing to complete bespoke maternity outfits.
British designer Wickstead is the first to create a one-off gown for Kate, and many more are sure to follow.
Kate teamed the beautiful blue creation with diamond drop earrings and grey suede heels.
