If you thought the pictures from Charlotte Casiraghi’s first wedding were breathtaking, wait until you see the ones from her second ceremony.
Two brand new photos from the granddaughter of Princess Grace of Monaco’s idyllic religious ceremony in southern France have been released, their second wedding coming less than a month after her and her film producer husband Dimitri Rassam’s civil service at Monaco’s Prince’s Palace.
Italian designer Giambattista Valli who designed the bride’s bohemian dress shared an adorable picture of the couple walking arm in arm and gazing lovingly into one another’s eyes.
“Congratulations Charlotte Casiraghi and Dimitri Rassam on their wedding in Saint-Remy-de-Provence. The bride wore a custom Giambattista Valli Haute Couture gown. Very happy to be part of their dream!” the post was captioned.
In a stark contrast to her first wedding outfits, Charlotte’s white gown featured many layers and long sheer sleeves. Just heavenly!
The couple’s wedding photographer also shared a candid snap of the happy couple on his Instagram story. The shot shows Charlotte and Dimitri sharing a sweet kiss, the bride holding a small posy of lavender, a flower associated with the Provence region.
According to PEOPLE, the second religious ceremony took place at the Abbaye Sainte-Marie de Pierredon outside St. Remy de Provence in the south of France and the guest list included Monaco royals Charlotte’s uncle, Prince Albert II of Monaco, and her mother, Princess Caroline of Hanover.
However, Charlotte is not the only Monaco royal bride to wear numerous dresses.
When screen legend Grace Kelly married Charlotte’s grandfather Prince Rainier III in 1956, her exquisite dress for the religious service was designed by Academy Award-winning costume designer Helen Rose.

But much like her granddaughter, Princess Grace wore a separate, less extravagant outfit for her own civil ceremony- a pale champagne and pink brocade suit.
Like grandmother, like granddaughter!
