Somebody give Oprah a buzz – her best bud Sarah Ferguson has snagged an invite to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal wedding.
It had been widely reported that Harry and Meghan decided to leave the loose-lipped Duchess of York off their invite list to the May 19 nuptials.
But according to the MailOnline it is a brand-new era – and Harry is insisting his aunt needs to be there to help heal “broken family ties.”
A royal source told the publication: “Harry has nailed his colours to the mast on this. He wants his aunt there – and she will be.”
The news follows The Sun’s report that 600 invites were sent out – but Fergie wasn’t among that list.
“The Duchess of York is not invited to Harry’s wedding,” a source told the publication.
“The invites are being sent out this week and she’s not on the list.”
A friend explained the decision, sharing, “Harry and Meghan have been close to Eugenie and Jack, which had increased Fergie’s hopes of getting an invite.”
“But Harry doesn’t trust Fergie to keep her mouth shut and respect their privacy.”
Sarah was infamously not invited to Prince William and Kate Middleton’s 2011 royal wedding.

Speaking to her gal pal Oprah, she admitted she was very hurt – choosing to watch it on TV while in Thailand.
“I felt that I ostracised myself by my behaviour, by the past, by living with all the regrets of my mistakes, that I sort of wore a hair shirt and beat myself up most of the day thinking and regretting why did I make such a mistake? Why have I made so many mistakes?”
“I chose to go and be in Thailand in a place called Kamalaya…the jungle embraced me.”
Fergie branded the decision as “so difficult.”
“I wanted to be there with my girls… to be getting them dressed and to go as a family.”
The 58-year-old, who was married to Prince Andrew and together share two girl Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, has a rather frosty relationship with the British Royal Family.
While she may be close to her ex and their kids, it has been widely reported that Prince Philip is not a fan of his former daughter-in-law.
Fingers crossed the wedding helps mend broken ties!
