Princess Eugenie has spent much of her first two years of motherhood out of the public eye, preferring to keep family life with husband Jack Brooksbank and their son August private.
But the proud mum simply couldn’t keep her joy to herself as her little boy turned two, sharing a delightful new video for August’s birthday.
Eugenie’s video (watch below) of the birthday boy showed him full of energy as he ran and danced along a path.
“Happy 2nd Birthday to our boy Augie..,” the Princess of York captioned the adorable video.
“You are our worlds greatest joy. Keep dancing and smiling my angel. Xx”

“Omg he resembles Lilibeth,” was a comment that recieved 800 likes.
Eugenie and Jack welcomed August Philip Hawke Brooksbank, their first child, on February 9, 2021 just over two years after they wed in 2018.
Eugenie announced the news with a series of beautiful photos, thanking well-wishers for all their messages of congratulations and support.
“Thank you for so many wonderful messages,” she penned at the time.
Our hearts are full of love for this little human, words can’t express. We are excited to be able to share these photos with you.”
August’s birthday comes just a few weeks after Eugenie and her husband announced their second pregnancy, posting the news to Instagram with an adorable snap of August kissing his mothers belly.
“We’re so excited to share that there will be a new addition to our family this summer,” she wrote.
Buckingham Palace also released a statement, which read: “Princess Eugenie and Mr Jack Brooksbank are pleased to announce they are expecting their second child this summer.”
“The family are delighted and August is very much looking forward to being a big brother,” the statement ended.
Princess Eugenie’s mum, Sarah Ferguson, was quick to comment on the Instagram post, penning: “Granny heaven ❤️.”
