Princess Beatrice’s ex-boyfriend of 10 years, Dave Clark, is set to marry New York advertising executive Lynn Anderson.
Reports out of the UK confirm the Uber exec proposed to the stunning blonde, who he’s been dating for just a few months, during a romantic holiday to Lake Como in Italy last week.
According to HELLO!, Lynn shared a photo to her private Instagram account which showed off her sparkler as she kissed Dave on the cheek.
“The very best day of my life,” the caption read.

But don’t expect Bea to be wallowing in sadness over the news.
In fact, The Daily Mail claim The Queen’s granddaughter is “super happy” for the couple and she might even score an invite to their wedding.
“Of course Beatrice was told and she is super happy for Dave. They were friends when they split up and will always remain friends. I wouldn’t be surprised if she is at the wedding,” the insider explained.
While it would be an uncomfortable move for many, just this weekend Pippa Middleton invited a string of exes including Nico Jackson, Alex Loudon and Alexander Spencer-Churchill along to her lavish nuptials.
Beatrice, 28, split with Dave last July after 10 years together.
Insiders at the time confirmed the sad news to HELLO!, reporting the pair took a break from their relationship after “make or break” discussions on their future and whether not not they should marry.
According to insiders, the pressure was starting to mount on Dave to propose after the birth of Princess Charlotte pushed Beatrice back to seventh in line to the throne, which meant she no longer had to ask Queen Elizabeth’s permission to marry.
Although Bea didn’t appear to score an invite to Pippa’s wedding this past weekend, her little sister Princess Eugenie was in attendance with her boyfriend Jack Brooksbank.
It didn’t look like she was too fussed, though. On Sunday May 21, the day after Pippa’s wedding, the princess joined her mum, Sarah Ferguson, at the Fashion for Relief event in Cannes for the The 70th Annual Cannes Film Festival.
