Since his April 23rd arrival, Prince Louis has only been seen out in public a handful of times.
In fact, the last time we saw Prince William and Duchess Catherine’s youngest child was at his christening back in July.
But this week, Prince Louis made a rare outing with his doting parents on a very special day!
In new footage uploaded by royal fan account Tea Time With The Cambridges‘s, Prince Louis can be seen exiting the royal helicopter as it lands at Kensington Palace.
In the video, Duchess Catherine cradles her son as Prince William walks around from the other side of the chopper and joins them.
The trio can then be seen walking off to the palace.
Catherine cuts a casual figure in a maroon dress, while William kept it low-key in a jacket and trouser combo.
The clip was taken on Tuesday, October 23rd – Prince Louis’ six month birthday!
It’s believed the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge had travelled from their country residence, Anmer Hall in Norfolk, back to London for The Queen’s State Banquet for the Dutch Royals which was held later that night.
Later that evening, Prince William and Duchess Catherine dazzled as they stepped out with senior royal family members, including The Queen and Prince Charles, at Buckingham Palace for the State Banquet.
All eyes were on Catherine, who once again wore Princess Diana’s Cambridge Lover’s Knot tiara for the lavish occasion.
Meanwhile, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, who are on half-term holidays, were most likely back at Anmer Hall with their nanny Maria Borrallo.
Since Prince Louis’ April arrival, the fifth in line to the British throne has been bonding with his family at their 1A Kensington Palace apartment.
After his birth, Prince William joked he had “thrice the worry” now with three young children.
In May, we were given another glimpse of the growing prince when the palace released a heartwarming set of photos to celebrate Princess Charlotte’s third birthday and Prince Louis’ recent arrival.
Once again, Duchess Catherine was the talented snapper behind the camera and the 37-year-old perfectecly captured a tender moment between the royal siblings.
Here’s hoping the Cambridge clan release a Christmas portrait this December!
