She’s long been reported to be the love of his life and since they finally called off their on-off romance in 2011, Chelsy Davy and Prince Harry have remained the best of friends.
But according to a new report by the Mail On Sunday, the stunning Zimbabwean beauty hasn’t landed an invite to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s evening bash at Frogmore House for the upcoming Royal Wedding this weekend.

Prince Harry’s decision has reportedly left the 32-year-old lawyer “shocked.”
“Chelsy is the queen of night-time parties. She’s wild and fun, and no evening bash is really complete without her, so friends are surprised she hasn’t been invited,” a source tells the British publication.
“Chelsy is surprised too, shocked in fact, and a little hurt.” Chelsy will however get to attend the wedding ceremony at St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle and the lunchtime reception.
Another surprise no-show will be Duchess Catherine’s little sister Pippa Middleton.
The Mail reports the world’s most famous bridesmaid has also been excluded from the VIP nighttime celebrations, hosted by Prince Charles for 250 close friends and family.
Last year, Prince Harry attended Pippa Middleton’s lavish wedding to James Matthews. At the time, Meghan skipped the ceremony at St Marks’s Church in Englefield to avoid causing a media frenzy and instead quietly slipped into the reception at the Middleton’s Buckleberry mansion.
If Chelsy and Pippa need to find a drinking buddy to hit the town with during the evening, they’ll have a firm friend in Prince Harry’s aunt Sarah the Duchess of York, who’s also only been invited to two out of three of the events.
Fergie is said to be “deeply hurt” by the snub.
Meanwhile, Chelsy and Harry’s turbulent love story spanned seven years, with the perils of long-distance eventually getting the better of them.
With Harry serving in Afghanistan and Chelsy studying law at the University of Cape Town, in January 2009 Chelsy tellingly changed her Facebook relationship status to: “Not in one.”
Ouch! They finally called it a day in 2011.
In a recent chat, Chelsy admitted she couldn’t handle the intense attention. “[The scrutiny] was so full-on: crazy and scary and uncomfortable. I found it very difficult when it was bad. I couldn’t cope,” she explained to The Times.
Despite their split, Chelsy has said that they will “always be good friends.”
