It would be safe to say Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan have been keeping very busy.
After welcoming their newborn son Archie in May, the new parents have continued making frequent public appearances along with carrying out their work as royal family members.
And yes, that also includes Meghan, who is technically still on maternity leave.
So with this in mind, it didn’t come as a huge surprise when we heard the royal couple had yet another exciting development to share.
After the surprising news came that Prince Harry would be splitting from the Royal Foundation, which he worked on with his brother Prince William, the world waited to see what the red-headed royal and his wife Meghan would create themselves.
And they certainly haven’t held back, with reports that the couple are already hard at work to finalise their plans for their own charitable project.
Now, in an exciting new development, the official name of the charity has finally been announced: Sussex Royal The Foundation of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
And not to worry about the lengthy title, because much like their famed Instagram account, the charity will be known as Sussex Royal for short.
We can’t say this name comes as a huge surprise given the aforementioned Instagram handle, but all the same, we’re very excited to hear there’s an update on the work the pair have been busy doing!
What’s more, it’s now been confirmed that Harry and Meghan have some staffers on board to help lead the new foundation.
Former Royal Foundation staffer Natalie Campbell will be coming on board, as well as PR manager Sara Latham.
This is very exciting news for the pair, who are rumoured to have some big things planned for the charity.

According to previous reports, the Sussex Royal charity will combine many of the previous charity efforts both Meghan and Harry have previously been involved in.
This is likely to include Meghan’s Hubb Community Kitchen project, (which included her cookbook Together) as well as Harry’s involvement with the Endeavour Fund.
As for Harry’s big passion project The Invictus Games, it’s likely the global event will also come under the couple’s new charity umbrella.
A source has previously said of the charity: “There are multiple scenarios being discussed.”
Suffice to say we’re excited to see what’s to come for Sussex Royal!
