Fresh details outlining Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s explosive new biography have finally been released – including its rather poignant title.
Earlier this month, it was revealed the Duke and Duchess would be releasing a brand-new, explosive biography penned by two renowned royal correspondents, who interviewed the pair earlier this year.
Now, Amazon has revealed the striking cover and title of the book as it gears up for its release in August, and it looks every bit as telling as you’d expect.
The book is titled Finding Freedom: Harry, Meghan, and the Making of a Modern Royal Family, and according to its blurb on Amazon.com, it will go “beyond the headlines to reveal unknown details of Harry and Meghan’s life together, dispelling the many rumors and misconceptions that plague the couple on both sides of the pond.”
The synopsis also adds: “While the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have continued to make headlines—from their engagement, wedding, and birth of their son Archie to their unprecedented decision to step back from their royal lives—few know the true story of Harry and Meghan.”
The picture on the front cover is also a striking, and memorable one of the pair, taken when they visited Sussex in 2018, long before Meghan and Harry stepped back – and even before they announced the Duchess was pregnant with their son Archie.

Written by Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand, both writers have long been associated with covering the royal family in-depth, with Omid having particularly close ties to the couple.
Indeed Scobie is known for breaking unique insights from behind the scenes of Meghan and Harry’s various encounters.
The book’s blurb details this further: “As members of the select group of reporters that cover the British Royal Family and their engagements, Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand have witnessed the young couple’s lives as few outsiders can.”
The pair were given “unique access” to the couple, it was confirmed in the blurb, with the Daily Mail reporting earlier this month that the couple gave a direct interview to the writers.
“With unique access and written with the participation of those closest to the couple, Finding Freedom is an honest, up-close, and disarming portrait of a confident, influential, and forward-thinking couple who are unafraid to break with tradition, determined to create a new path away from the spotlight, and dedicated to building a humanitarian legacy that will make a profound difference in the world,” the blurb poignantly ends.

While the book is reportedly not set for release until August, this is the first, very telling sign that the pair are ready to speak up now, more than ever, about their time as senior royals.
Indeed rumours have been rife for months that the pair would release an explosive book or interview after their shock announcement that they would step back as senior royal family members.
Well, it certainly looks as though we’re about to get as much.
