Other than the actual royal engagement announcement, the entire world is all set for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s impending royal wedding.

Marrying a royal would mean the 36-year-old will have to make some big life changes.

Meghan Markle has already shut down her lifestyle blog The Tig, she’s cut down her public appearances and her social media presence but the most notable change that would happen when she becomes Prince Harry’s wife is that she’ll have to give up her acting career.

The hit legal drama’s leading stars Patrick J. Adams and Meghan Markle are both set to leave Suits when season seven ends.

If you’re listening to word on the actress, Meghan is already in the process of wrapping up her role Suits as we speak.

The starlet’s body double on the legal drama shared a very telling post on Instagram.

Nicky Bursic shared a sweet post with Prince Harry’s girlfriend, penning, “It’s been an absolute pleasure and honour being your ‘STAND-IN’ for the last two seasons @meghanmarkle. Though I’ve been on @suits_usa for six years, the latter two has been my most memorable. Wishing you all the happiness in the world Bella.”

Nicky shared this sweet post.

The photo certainly does add validity to all the speculation that Meghan Markle is quitting Suits.

But there is one person that doesn’t think this is a good move.

British actress Ruthie Henshall used to date Prince Harry’s uncle Prince Edward, and she thinks Meghan’s career move isn’t a good idea.

The stage star spoke to The Daily Mail

Ruthie dated the Queen’s youngest for five years in the ’90s.

“It should be about love not duty and I think it [Harry and Meghan] could work and be rather wonderful,” she said candidly.

“But the issue is whether she has to give up acting — and she’s a very successful actress by all accounts. I do think she will find it hard.”

Ruthie spoke from her own experience – despite loving her Prince, who she was with for about five years, her career was more important.

“It never would have been an option for me to do so — my career is my first love and is such an important part of who I am,” Ruthie remarked. “I would have been unhappy.”
