He might have only just made his entrance into the big wide world, but Baby Sussex is already at the centre of some incredible generosity, with his first gifts capturing international attention for a very important reason.
In an unprecedented moment, it has been revealed that none other than New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has shared an amazing gift for Baby Sussex – and we couldn’t think of anything more perfect!
Reported by Morning Report on Radio New Zealand on Tuesday, it was confirmed that Jacinda had gifted a donation to charity Little Sprouts NZ, which prepares boxes of essential living items for families who need them.
She also donated 10 trees to the Trees that Count programme, which plants native trees in New Zealand.
Ardern said the gift was on behalf of all New Zealanders, explaining: “I hope New Zealanders think those are nice gifts on their behalf.”
With Meghan’s passion for social change and environmental awareness, we couldn’t think of a better gift!

The news of Baby Sussex’s first gift comes as the world celebrates his arrival, which was announced shortly before midnight Australian time on Monday evening.
Fans have flocked to share their congratulations with the new parents, taking to their viral Instagram post which shared the exciting news that they had welcomed a baby boy.
“We could not be more excited for you and your family! Sending all the love for happy healthy journey together,” wrote one fan.
And another wrote: “Congratulations!! Watched the news clip of Prince Harry and the over-the-moon happiness on his face was sooo beautiful. He truly seemed happier than I have ever seen.”
Indeed the Prince himself seemed to be overwhelmed with joy, unexpectedly stepping out to do a surprise interview with media, where he said: “Mother and baby are doing incredibly well, it’s been the most amazing experience I could ever have possibly imagined.”
Making hearts across the world swoon, he also added: “Every father and parent will say your baby is absolutely amazing but this little thing is absolutely to die for. I’m over the moon.”

Over the next few days, it’s expected that we’ll catch our first glimpse of Baby Sussex as he and his new parents make their grand debut as a family of three near their home in Windsor.
Harry confirmed the plan, explaining in his interview: “For us I think we’ll be seeing [the press] in probably two days time as a family to be able to share it with you,” he said, before adding excitedly, “so everyone can see the baby!”.
Until then, there’s plenty more to keep royal fanatics up to date with – undoubtedly, it’s expected the new baby will receive some very special gifts from family members and friends, as well as a plethora of well wishes from fans.
