Duchess Meghan’s bond with her mother Doria Ragland is particularly close, but the two share more than just a passion for yoga and helping the community.
In an unearthed photo shared to Twitter by royal fan @_MrsWanted, it’s easy to see where the Duchess of Sussex inherited her good looks from!
In the split screen image taken over 20 years ago, Meghan and Doria share the same stunning smile, dark hair and eyes as they pose for the camera.
“Meghan and her mother Doria, circa 2000,” the caption read.

Fans couldn’t believe the similarity between the mother and daughter duo.
“More proof that Meghan has always been gorgeous. She truly is beautiful inside and out. And so is Doria,” one commented beneath the post.
“With Miss Doria and Princess Diana being the grandmothers, the grandbabies were always going to be gorgeous!” exclaimed another.
“All Prince Harry has to do is look at Doria to tell what a lucky man he is,” a third remarked.
Meghan and Doria have always shared a close bond.

In an essay for Glamour magazine in 2017, the Duchess of Sussex cited her mother as one of the top 10 women who changed her life.
“My mom’s a yoga instructor, but she does social work, as well, and she works specifically with the geriatric community,” Meghan wrote at the time.
“For me to watch this level of life-long sensitivity to nurturing and caregiving, but at the same time my mom has always been a free spirit. She’s got dread locks and a nose ring. She just ran the LA Marathon. We can just have so much fun together, and yet, I’ll still find so much solace in her support. That duality coexists the same way it would in a best friend.”
Prince Harry is also a huge fan of his mother-in-law.
In the royal couple’s engagement interview back in 2017, Harry gushed about Doria, saying they had spent a lot of time getting to know each other.
“Her mum’s amazing,” he said.
Meghan and Harry, along with their children Archie, three, and Lilibet, eight months, are currently living close to Doria in Montecito, California.
