On Thursday, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge wrapped up their whirlwind tour of Scotland, no doubt tired as ever and ready for a good night’s kip.
But within days, the Duchess was at least back up and at em, sharing a momentous update with her fans – she went to get her first COVID-19 vaccination.
In a snap shared to Instagram showing the Duchess masked up while a staffer injects her, she wrote: “Yesterday I received my first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at London’s Science Museum.”
She continued: “I’m hugely grateful to everyone who is playing a part in the rollout – thank you for everything you are doing.”

The image was understandably flooded with comments and likes from fans praising the Duchesses candidness.
“As a nurse I say thank you for getting your vaccine!” One wrote.
“Wonderful example👏🏻” Another added.
But of course, there was one extra thing fans couldn’t help but notice.
“Yes to science and yes to this jeans and tee look,” one pointed out.
“Ok but where are your jeans from,” someone else also said.
The casual look comes after a week of Kate wearing her Sunday best during a tour of Scotland.
