Eagle-eyed royal fans have spotted a series of very telling details hidden in a recent video from inside Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall’s home.
The footage was taken on Tuesday, while the duchess hosted a special International Women’s Day event at her and Charles’ London residence.
With the home packed with notable women – including Emerald Fennell, the actress who plays Camilla on The Crown – few people bothered taking a peek at the decorations.
But as the camera panned around one of the luxe rooms in the London home, we spotted a series of photos propped up on a side table, and they paint a very telling picture of Charles and Camilla’s relationships with the wider royal family.
Despite ongoing rumours of a “rift” between Charles and his youngest son, Prince Harry, and wife Meghan Markle, photos of the couple were front and centre in Clarence House.
A small, black-and-white portrait of Charles walking Meghan down the aisle on her wedding day in 2018 sat in prize position at the very front of the side table.
A close-up photo of a grinning Harry was nestled just behind it, suggesting the couple still hold a very special place in Charles and Camilla’s hearts despite their 2020 royal exit.
Of course, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex weren’t the only royal relatives with photos on display in the couple’s home.
Two large portraits taken at Prince George and Prince Louis’ royal christenings also sat towards the front of the table.
One showed a proud Prince Charles beaming as he cradled George, his first grandchild, on the day of his christening.
The second photo is a family portrait taken at Louis’ christening in 2018, with Charles and Camilla posing beside Harry and Meghan while the Cambridge family sit merrily on a couch in front of them.
It’s understood that Charles and Camilla share a close bond with the Cambridge children, regularly visiting their grandchildren and spending time with them over holidays and school breaks.
Behind all these sat two final framed pictures; a black and white portrait of the Queen Mother, whom Charles was very close to before her death in 2002, and an artwork of a number of corgis.
The little display shows how much family means to Charles and Camilla, even those family members who are no longer with them.
However, royal fans noticed that all three of Prince William and Kate Middleton’s children were depicted in the collection of photos, but the Sussex children – Archie and Lilibet – were nowhere to be seen.
Some speculated that this was a move against Harry and Meghan, who moved to the US with son Archie in 2020 and haven’t returned to the UK with Lilibet since her birth in June 2021.

Others insisted that Charles and Camilla actually left out photos of their grandchildren as a sign of respect for the duke and duchess, who are deeply private when it comes to pictures of their children.
They pair have only released on photo of Lilibet since her birth, and photos of Archie have been few and far between since their royal exit in 2020.
While there will always be rumours about the ins and outs of royal family dynamics, these sweet photos made it clear that Charles and Camilla value their family deeply, even those who live across the pond.
