The Today Show team

Itโ€™s been a rough few months for Karl Stefanovic post Ubergate, but the Today star is back and better than ever alongside his co-host Georgie Gardner.

Karl even posted a rare photo with his colleague, who was a late addition to London after suffering from a chest infection, on his Instagram page.

โ€œSheโ€™s back!!!! Just in time to send me up the Tower,โ€ Karl penned.

Clearly in the mood to start afresh, Karl also phoned up Sunrise rival Samantha Armytage to bury the hatchet for a radio segment on the Fitzy and Wippa show on Nova.

โ€œItโ€™s Karlos, Karlโ€ฆ you might know me from such shows as The Today Show Australia,โ€ Karl explained to Sam.

To which the quick-witted breakfast host quipped: โ€œIโ€™ve never watched it, heard itโ€™s a bit second rate.โ€

Burn!

โ€œIt is a bit second rate, just not in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne,โ€ Karl retorted.

You can watch the hilarious exchange in the video player at the top, and below watch Karl welcome Georgie to London after falling ill!

Fitzy and Wippa

Novaโ€™s Ryan โ€œFitzyโ€ Fitzgerald and Michael โ€œWippaโ€ Wipfli have wasted no time heading straight to Windsor Castle, which is about an hour in the English county of Berkshire.

Donning their Invictus Games hoodies, the radio duo prove no one is exempt from catching Royal Wedding fever.

Kate, Tim and Marty

Kate Ritchie, Tim Blackwell and Marty Sheargold aka Novaโ€™s Kate, Tim and Marty on the drive show, have headed to the most important stop at any royal tour โ€“ the Lindo Wing.

The hallowed hospital steps are where both Princess Diana and Duchess Catherine introduced all of their children to the world.

Former Home and Away star Kate also shopped up a storm at British department store Harrods and pretty much has a lifetime supply of royal memorabilia.

Weโ€™re well jeal!
