TMZ have obtained court documents proving that that Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have decided to give their marriage another go.
The Kardashian family lawyer, Laura Wasser, reportedly went before a judge on Wednesday US time and asked the court to withdraw the couple’s divorce papers.
A well placed friend confirmed the news to US weekly, saying, “This is a very delicate and difficult time for both Lamar and Khloe. The most sensible thing to do at such a time is not make any big moves and put everything on hold. So that’s what she is doing.”
Khloe and Lamar filed for divorce in December 2013, however neither of them signed the papers in an effort to save their marriage – until the pair both came to an agreement and signed the documents in July this year.
While the former basketball pro was fighting for his life in a hospital bed it was discovered that due to a backlog in the California Courts, Khloe and Lamar’s divorce paperwork had not yet been processed, meaning they were still legally married.
As a result the reality TV star had to make all of her estranged husband’s medical decisions.
It is understood that both Khloe and Lamar signed papers to withdraw their divorce and a judge granted their request.
Since the dad-of-two was found unconscious and close to death in a Nevada brothel, Khloe Kardashian has dropped everything to be by his side as he makes slow steps towards recovery.
Earlier this week, Lamar was discharged from Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas to another Hospital in LA. Khloe released a statement thanking fans, friends and family for their support.
