Vanessa Sunshine has already been labelled this season’s villain on The Bachelor, but viewers were not impressed with her attitude during the single date with Nick on Wednesday night’s episode as she gave him the cold shoulder, while he scrambled around to make her smile.

But no matter how hard he tried, the stony-faced brunette could barely maintain a conversation.

‘”What are you looking for in a bloke?” Asks Nick but instead of answering him Vanessa just says: “My back hurts.”

“I’ll have to dig deep,” Nick says to the camera, but to no avail the legal secretary remains frosty throughout, prompting fans to ridicule her behaviour.

“Oh my gosh can some poor person pull the twig from her backside,” said one viewer.

“Hahahahaha she is such a little sour princess. I just want to shake her,” said another.

“She’s pretty frosty for someone selling sunshine!!” joked one more.

Tully Smyth even went as far as to say “Vanessa Sunshine would rather endure a pap smear.”

Indeed, it appears that behind the scenes that Vanessa was one of a few girls who were not that impressed by the curly haired former Wallabies player and threatened to quit the show!

Producers worked overtime to ensure the girls knew what Nick had to offer – a lifetime of laughs and a heart of gold – and encouraged them to stick around to learn it for themselves.

“They told the girls not to make any rash decisions – to give him a go, and decide after getting to know him properly,” spills the source.

“And if that didn’t work, they told them to at least stick around long enough to be considered for a spot on Bachelor In Paradise.”

But Vanessa, it appears has been shunned by viewers from the start. As soon at the Network released Vanessa’s image on The Bachelor Australia Instagram account, with a short bio, fans began speculating about her role in the mansion.

“Well I think we know who the villain is gonna be,” commented one.

“Poor girls gonna be the villain from the sound of this caption,” another wrote.
