1. Nick Cummins’ diva demands

When Bachelor producers signed Nick Cummins for the new season they probably expected the series to go off without a hitch – but insiders say the star’s easygoing public persona couldn’t be further from the truth.

“He caused a real headache during filming,” says a source.

“Not only was he demanding
but he wouldn’t do what he was told. He cancelled interviews and refused to
do certain photoshoots.”

Nick’s diva behaviour turned the crew against him.

2. Dr Chris Brown’s secret relationship with Brittany Hockley

The Living Room star Dr Chris Brown and the Honey Badger may have a lot more in common than they think!

While Chris is happily loved up with Kendall Bora, he’s also been linked to new Bachelor babe Brittany Hockley.

But there’s nothing suss about their relationship. Britt used to train Dr Chris, alongside Allison Langdon and Matt Moran at Whippet from Bondi Rescue‘s gym!

“I trained Ally and Matt, and I also did a few ab sessions with Chris,” spills Britt.

“Matt and Ally are both phenomenal humans. We’re still good friends – that was a really fun few years of my life. They’ll definitely be surprised to see me on the show, but they’ll be 100 per cent supportive!”

The good doctor and Britt were training buddies.

3. Nick’s new neighbour is Sophie

She’s been hotly tipped to be one of the final four, but if Sophie’s latest revelation is anything to go by she could even win.

Sophie revealed in a recent social media post that she’s moved from Brisbane to Sydney – and is living right near Nick in the Northern Beaches!

“Look property is bigger and better in Sydney, I specialise in property valuations so why wouldn’t I be based in Sydney?” Sophie, 25, coyly admits.

“I’m here with a best friend of mine that’s also moved down.”

Sophie is rumoured to be Nick’s top pick.

4. Brooke’s family heartache

At the age of 11, Brooke tragically lost her mum to suicide, and then her beloved Nan to a stroke just one month later.

While it made her teenage years tough, she admits her loss has made her more “appreciative”, because “you have no idea what’s around the corner”.

But the 23-year-old youth worker says her mum and nan have never really left her.

“I am a massive believer in that they’ve never really left the earth. I think they’ve always walked with me wherever I am, whether that’s on [The Bachelor] or walking out on to an oval playing footy,” Brooke tells us.

“I feel them supporting and encouraging me close by. I am really spiritual about who I am and who I am most connected to.”

The brunette beauty says her mum and nan are keeping a close eye on her.

5. Cass Wood’s secret life on Summer Bay

Tomboy Cass might be a former Miss World finalist but she’s also a kick-arse surfer – so much so that Home And Away producers approached her to be an extra on the show!

“I live in Avalon, so right near Palm Beach, and pretty much everyone from the Northern Beaches has been an extra on that show,” says the 23-year-old student.

“It’s so close to home and it’s just easy. I was just an extra in the background. I’m a surfer so I just did that. I’m friends with all the cast because I’ve been doing it for like six years.”

Looks like Cass has something of a profile with the blonde beauty admitting she’s also enjoyed a few dates with Nick before the show and shared a smooch, but “timing” got in the way.

6. Home and Away star Romy

Photoshoot director Romy doesn’t just work behind the scenes, the 29-year-old Queenslander has also starred on Home And Away!

She launched her acting career in 2008 with a role on The Strip, before landing the role of Odette in Summer Bay.

Romy loves the small screen.

7. Brittany: “I love acting!”

Despite having a Star Now profile that pegs her as an actress, extra and model, Brittany, 30, claims nothing could be further from the truth!

“I’ve never been an extra. I was going through a really hard time and someone suggested giving acting school a try,” says radiographer Britt.

“So I tried it and I loved it.”

Britt is yet another actress on the series.
