Remember Sam Johnston – the villain from Georgia Love’s season of The Bachelorette? Well, he’s sending in his cousin Romy – who also grew up with Matty J! – to have a crack at finding love on The Bachelor Australia 2018!
But this isn’t Romy’s first brush with fame – the bombshell, who dated Scottish-born Australian actor San Andreas star Hugo Johnstone-Burt, is a qualified actress with multiple jobs to her name.
The Queenslander launched her acting career back in 2008 with a role playing a housekeeper in Australian detective show The Strip. She previously starred in The Elephant Princess and Terra Nova.
And later this year, she’ll head over to Summer Bay where she’ll star as new girl on the block Odette on Home and Away!
Romy, 29, is also a photoshoot director.

So what’s the loud and proud babe looking for in a bloke?
“[Someone] humorous, self-knowing, self-aware, open, confident, athletic, smart, kind and honest,” she tells NW.
Oh, and just like her cheeky cousin Sam, Romy says she’s ready to take on any confrontation in the mansion.
“I’ll face it front-on with the intention of resolving it then and there,” she warns.
Watch out, ladies!
