He’s spent the past few months on a quest to find love as Australia’s newest Bachelor, but Nick ‘The Honey Badger’ Cummins was behaving very much like a single man as he partied into the early hours at the official TV Week Logie Awards afterparty.

Nick, 30, was seen with a bevy of beauties but paid special attention to Love Child‘s Sophia Forrest, 23. “He certainly didn’t look like
a man newly in love,” says one onlooker. “He was lapping up all the attention from his female fans, and the show hasn’t even aired yet. I imagine it will only get worse!”

Earlier that evening, despite his flirty behaviour, the former rugby union star revealed he has found love on the show. “Out of respect to her and all the good people I’ve worked with over the last few months, it’s only right that we keep it a secret,” he said.

Want more celeb goss? Listen to the latest episode of the Woman’s Day Uncensored podcast, where the team share all the behind-the-scenes goss from the TV WEEK Logie Awards, they reveal latest on Sophie Monk’s ex Stu Laundy stealing another man’s wife and take you inside the clash between Meghan Markle and royal sisters Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.

This comes a year after Woman’s Day revealed that Russell Crowe had quietly been dating then-22-year-old Sophia.

Friends told us it had become “serious” after the Gladiator actor introduced the actress
to his two young sons.

Even the age difference – Russell is just a few years younger than Sophia’s mining billionaire dad Andrew “Twiggy” Forrest – hadn’t stood in the way of their love affair, with friends saying Sophia was different to anyone Russell has ever dated before.

“And I know from other friends that she’s just as crazy about Russell as he is about her. She adores him,” a source told us last year.

The actress starred in his critically acclaimed film, The Water Diviner.

They met on the set of his movie The Water Diviner four years ago, when she was just 18.

She was cast as his character’s son’s love interest after graduating from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts.

“She’s old for her age, loves spending time in the country, having partly grown up on a big station in WA, and her dad is one of the richest men in Australia [worth an estimated $4 billion], which levels the playing field – she really doesn’t need to date Russell [for money],” says our insider.

Nick or Rusty… We wonder who Sophia would choose?!
