Let’s be honest, who hasn’t been utterly charmed by the bubbly, yet outspoken and honest Brooke from this season of The Bachelor?
Nick Cummins has certainly got the bug, and the proof was in the pudding when his reaction to her shock exit from the mansion was revealed in last night’s teaser for next week’s explosive finals week.
In the clip, Nick is heard stumbling his sentences as he says to the girl believed to be Brooke, “I can walk y-” [clears throat], “I can walk you ou- out.”
If that’s not the sound of complete heartbreak, we’re not sure what is.

Nick can barely form a sentence when he is told one of the girls will be leaving the mansion.
While the sneak peek doesn’t show who the girl is, Woman’s Day revealed earlier this week Brooke is the contestant who walks out of the mansion, leaving Nick heartbroken.
“Brooke left because she was just not falling for him,” an insider explained.
“She was rejecting his advances and realised her feelings weren’t as strong as his. Given this, she felt it was fair that she took herself out of the equation.”
Nick and Brooke have had a clear connection on The Bachelor, but it looks like it’s coming to an end.
Sources told the publication that the 23-year-old was a clear front-runner to be chosen by the Honey Badger in the grand finale, and it was pretty clear as the season progressed just how much Brooke meant to him.
The brunette got off to a good start after receiving the key to the Bachelor pad on the very first night they met.
She also won over his family when they chose to dine with her over all the other girls in an earlier episode.
So why would Brooke choose to leave the mansion? The true reason remains unconfirmed, however there is a possible explanation that has some merit.
After Brooke revealed to Nick that she’s bisexual, friends told Woman’s Day that she may actually have stronger feelings for fellow bisexual contestant Jamie-Lee.
However Jamie-Lee has since denied this claim, revealing she is back with her ex-girlfriend.
It’s clear that Brooke has a good heart and has the best intentions, so if this is true, her leaving the mansion to spare Nick’s feelings is a definite possibility.
Brooke was rumoured have had feelings for fellow contestant Jamie-Lee.
While the context to next week’s walk-out remains to be seen, it’s guaranteed to be confronting, heartbreaking and, of course, dramatic.
We just hope Nick can hold it together!
