Fans of wholesome reality TV will be thrilled to learn that we finally have a premiere date for the new season of Beauty And The Geek, and itโs much sooner than expected.
The show will return with fan-favourite host Sophie Monk leading a new batch of beauties and geeks on Sunday, July 17 at 7pm on Channel Nine and 9Now.
Promising more laughs and love than last season, fans have already spotted sparks flying between a few of the cast members in a trailer released in June.

Sophie Monk says the new season will make fans laugh and cry.
(Image: Instagram)One shot showed an unidentified beauty planting a kiss on her geek during a medieval-themed challenge, while another clip revealed a beauty calling her geek โsexyโ after his makeover.
So what else does the new season have in store? Sophieโs warning viewers to keep the tissues handy.
โIโve never felt so passionate about a reality show and Iโm so excited for the new season to start,โ she told Nine.

Weโve already had a glimpse of the beauties in the trailer.
(Image: Nine)โThis is like no other show Iโve ever seen, and I love being a part of it. Not only does it make you laugh your arse off, it will also make you cry.โ
She promised that Aussies will fall in love with the new cast โ whose identities havenโt been revealed just yet, though we got glimpses of them in the trailer โ and says the geeks are downright โadorableโ.
And she doubled down on the romance that was hinted at in the trailer, adding: โTrust me, there are some major sparks flying around this season. It will be the sweetest thing youโll ever see.โ
While we donโt know exactly who has been cast in the new season, there are a few hints floating around that will help narrow things down.
According to Nine, the geeks are made up of Harry Potter superfans, crypto traders and trainspotters, while the beauties include dancers andโฆ a professional mermaid. Yes, thatโs a real thing.
Last yearโs winners Lachlan Mansell and Kiera Johnstone revealed at the TV WEEK Logie awards that even if the new contestants donโt find love on the show, there will be plenty of opportunities for them after it airs.
โI have been inundated [with dates], Iโve got lots of girls sliding into my DMs. Iโve been on quite a few dates which has been really good, so just having fun,โ Lachy told TV WEEK.
Bring on the new season!
