And a new year means new chapters for a number of our favourite Bachie personalities including – so we got the scoop.
Have Sam Frost and Dave Bashford secretly split?
While they gushed last year over their excitement for their future, it seems as if things have taken a dramatic turn for Home And Away‘s Sam Frost and her boyfriend Dave Bashford – it’s believed the pair have secretly called it quits!
The news was confirmed to Woman’s Day by a source close to Sam, 30, and Dave, 27.
“It all became too much for Sam who was going through a lot. Her career was taking a new path and her mental health was definitely not where it needed to be,” says the insider.
Sam fled to New Zealand for New Years Eve without Dave where she uploaded a series of very cryptic yet pointed posts to social media.

The couple reportedly spent New Year’s Eve apart, with Sam even fleeing to New Zealand with her best friend to get away from it all.
Meanwhile, Dave has been completely absent from any of Sam’s social media posts since September.
Dave has been noticeably absent from Sam’s Instagram feed, with the pair last posing together as a couple in September 2019.

However, The Bachelor pair were all smiles – and perhaps something a little bit more – at the Portsea Polo event in Melbourne last week.

Angie Kent and Carlin Sterritt: It’s over!
It seems to be an unlucky week for former Bachelorettes with Angie Kent and Carlin Sterritt also reported to be on the brink of a split!
The news comes after Carlin, 30, was spotted getting cosy with several women at former Bachie co-star Jackson Garlick’s bushfire charity auction in Sydney last week, while Angie, 29, stayed at home in Queensland.
“He was telling the boys that he and Angie were having a few troubles and that their arguments over their long-distance relationship had become unbearable,” a source tells Woman’s Day.
Given that Angie has just signed onto Dancing With The Stars in Melbourne, it looks like things aren’t set to get easier anytime soon!

He may be busy busting his acting chops on Neighbours, but Tim Robards is reportedly seeing red after Bachelor rival Sam Wood landed himself one of the most prestigious hosting jobs on TV – a gig on Better Homes And Gardens.
The 39-year-old was announced as the health and fitness guru for the beloved Seven show last week – reportedly leaving 37-year-old Tim’s nose out of joint!
Tim, who has his own fitness app and training program, is said to have been trying to become a TV fitness guru for years.
With newcomer Sam – who also launched his own popular fitness and nutrition app in 2016 – nabbing the prized gig, Tim is questioning why he didn’t get offered the role.
