Appearing on a reality television can lead to many things: A cook-book deal, a fleeting romance, a TV WEEK Logie Award nomination (we’re looking at you, [Matty J and Sam Frost). Sometimes, it can even lead to an adorable baby!
From The Bachelor Australia, to Dancing With The Stars, to Married At First Sight, we take a look back at all of the cute bubs born from reality TV romance.
1. Willow Wendy Wood and Charlie Lane Wood (The Bachelor Australia)
Sam Wood and Snezana Markoski met on season three of The Bachelor Australia, and since then not only have they tied the knot in an intimate Byron Bay ceremony but they’ve also welcomed two daughters, Willow born in 2017 and Charlie, born in 2019.
Willow and Charlie have an older sister in Eve, 14, who is Snezana’s daughter from a previous relationship.
The family of five are very close, and spend their days enjoying active adventures and smiling their sunny smiles in adorable selfies. Honestly, these guys are the epitome of family goals…
2. Marlie-Mae Johnson (The Bachelor Australia)
Bachie fans rejoiced when season five’s Matty and J and partner Laura Byrne announced they were expecting their first child.
From the moment Marlie-Mae Johnson entered the world in 2019, the proud parents who met on the reality dating show flooded our social media feeds with gorgeous baby pics.
We love how this little trio are unafraid to keep it real and enjoy having a laugh along the way.
3. Harper-Rose Garner (Married At First Sight)
Alex Garner and Zoe Hendrix were the fan-favourite couple on the first-ever season of Married At First Australia in 2015. For years, it seemed the couple were simply meant to be.
After suffering a heartbreaking miscarriage, Alex and Zoe were thrilled to welcome their baby girl Harper-Rose in to the world in November 2016.
The pair later announced their separation in April 2018, though they still amicably co-parent Harper.
3. Violet and Dominic Miziner (Dancing With The Stars)
Rachael Finch and Michael Miziner danced their way to romance on the reality series Dancing With The Stars in 2010. Rachael and Michael were partnered together in Season 10 when the model and former Miss Universe Australia competed on the show.
A cup of coffee after their first dance rehearsal saw sparks fly, and the pair quickly realised they were meant to be. They married in 2013, and welcomed their first child, a daughter named Violet, later that same year. In 2017 the couple had a son, Dominic, adding to their perfect brood.
4. Miller Brant Hall and Houston Brant Hall (I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!)
Barry Hall and Lauren Brant first crossed paths on reality TV show I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in 2015. From their friendship on the show, grew a slow romance, with Lauren confirming their relationship in October 2017.
In May 2017 the happy couple welcomed their first son, Miller Brant Hall and then in May 2019, their younger son Houston Brant Hall joined the family.
And those little blondies are just too cute.
5. Mason, Benny and Oscar McClymont (The Farmer Wants A Wife)
Back on season five of The Farmer Wants A Wife in 2010, Nathan McClymont (who lived on a 1.4 million acre cattle station in WA’s north) met Amanda Ecker from Rockingham in Western Australia.
Fans will remember Nathan proposed to Amanda in the series finale, with the pair tying the knot in 2011. The couple have three kids together: Mason, Benny and Oscar.
6. Harry Wales (Australian Survivor)
Mark Wales met Samantha Gash on season two of Australian Survivor. Though neither of them walked away with the $500,000 prize money or the title of Sole Survivor, they did leave the show madly in love.
The happy couple welcomed their first child together in 2018, a gorgeous baby boy named Harry.
“He’s very chilled, he just goes along for the ride,” Samantha told Woman’s Day shortly after his birth. “He’s got such a calm personality, he’s even calmed me down a lot.”
Boston Dally (Married At First Sight/Love Island)
Cyrell Paule and Eden Dally have been on-again off-again since she left Married at First Sight in 2019 but it’s clear that she and her Love Island star partner are head-over-heels for their son Boston.
The couple welcomed their baby boy in February 2020 and he’s too precious for words.
Wolfie Gunsberg (The Bachelor)
What would The Bachelor/The Bachelorette be without Osher Gunsberg?
The enigmatic host and makeup artist wife Audrey Griffen met on the set of The Bachelor season two and in August last year welcomed their little bundle of joy, Wolfgang – nicknamed Wolfie for short.
Baby Wolfie is their first child together but Audrey has a daughter, Georgia, from a previous relationship.
