My Kitchen Rules is back in 2022 and while the instant restaurats provide plenty of entertainment, it’s the eliminations that get fans heated.
With Manu Feildel and Nigella Lawson serving as this year’s judges, they’ll have to make some hard decisions and cut some fan favourites out of the competition.

The engaged couple became the first team eliminated from MKR 2022 after they failed to impress Manu and Nigella in the first round of instant restaurants. Tensions were high as they battled to get off the bottom of the leader board, but even a few cutting comments about the other teams’ food couldn’t save them.
