For their Grand Final menu in their Instant Restaurant Power Play, Matt and Luke served up a “modern Australian” menu with “classic Italian flair.”

“We’re going to start off subtle and build up flavour throughout the courses,” they revealed ahead of the showdown.

They served Confit Salmon with Peas, Duck Ravioli with Wild Mushroom, Barramundi with Roasted Fennel, Beef Cheek with Parsnip Mash, and Peach Bellini.

All of their courses were praised for technique and flavour, though it was their main course of Beef Cheek with Parsnip Mash that wowed all the guests. Followed by their ‘delicious’ Peach Bellini for dessert, the boys finished their menu on a high note.
