So who better to give some sage advice to the upcoming “villains” of the 2023 season?

On Wednesday, the 29-year-old took to Instagram to give guidance to budding reality stars who have applied for the 10th season.

“Please know that there is light on the other side of the pile-on. It takes a lot of hard work, but life is worth living on the other side.”

“Whoever you are, I have a feeling they’ll make you out to be worse than me (villains have always got to get worse for ratings sake),” she wrote on Instagram.

“I didn’t see it for a long time. But now I’m here and appreciating every moment.”

Later in the Q&A, Olivia revealed her biggest regret about her experience on MAFS was not leaving the show sooner.

“I had the best wedding, I had the best honeymoon, in my opinion, I had the best husband. So it’s like, how wrong was I!” she said.

When answering a question from a fan who said she was approached by a casting producer, the OnlyFans creator warned her to be wary.

“You do you girl, but don’t say that you weren’t warned. Look at what they’ve done to me, look at the narrative they spun at me,” she said.

“Look at all the awful articles, look at all the trolling, that massive pile on. If you think you can survive that,” she said, before shrugging at the camera.

As fans will remember, Olivia was labelled the “villain” of season nine after she got into an infamous feud with fan-favourite Domenica Calarco.

Olivia copped fierce backlash from viewers for showing her co-stars a photo from Domenica’s OnlyFans account.

The former teaching student has been candid about the impacts the show had on her mental health, saying last month: “I’ve shouted from the rooftops, like I’m not ok. I’ve barely survived MAFS.”
