Just last week Married At First Sight‘s Jules Robinson and Cameron Merchant tied the knot for real, in a televised wedding, surrounded by family and friends.
But a former co-star tells Woman’s Day that hours before Jules’ big day she was spotted having a meltdown, and now there’s concern for the salon manager’s wellbeing after the Nine TV production is said to have left the 36-year-old feeling “shattered”.
“I’ve never seen her like that before,” says the source. “She was pulling people in and out of the guest list, second guessing her dress and was just anxious about the entire thing.”
Last weekend, the couple enjoyed their second TV wedding, which featured on Nine’s A Current Affair.
In recent weeks the usually unflappable bride came under the microscope for her pre-wedding diva antics, which saw the reality star make guests sign NDAs ahead of the nuptials and even axe her friend and MAFS co-star Melissa Lucarelli as a bridesmaid.
Woman’s Day previously reported that the pressure of planning the perfect day has turned Jules into the “ultimate bridezilla”!
“The whole thing has turned into a complete circus, it’s ridiculous,” one guest previously dished.
“Not even Meghan Markle and Prince Harry would have this many rules for their wedding!”

Jules, 37, is said to have become “obsessed” with ensuring their lucrative deal with Nine, which has secured the right to broadcast their nuptials in a two-part special, is protected, and is going to “extreme measures” to do so.
“Everyone who is invited has been made to sign non-disclosure agreements to ensure they can’t talk about the wedding,” a source reveals.
“But after signing it, guests have still been kept in the dark about the details – only the date was provided, that’s about it.
“The location won’t be revealed until hours before.”
