Outspoken Married At First Sight bride Cyrell finds herself at the centre of drama this week when things kick off during a girls’ night out on Queensland’s Gold Coast.
“The other girls like to beat around the bush, whereas I’m just direct,” Cyrell, 29, tells TV WEEK.
This season, there’s been more fireworks between the brides than ever before. Martha, 30, previously revealed there was a “divide” between the brides from the very beginning, and there’s no doubt which side of the divide Cyrell is on.
“Ines, Jess and Martha had their own little group,” she says. “If you have a combination of women like that together, what does that tell you?
“The divide was basically between the bitches and the good people. I’m a firm believer that birds of a feather flock together, and you are who you surround yourself with.”
Things only seem to get worse between the women, with Martha and Cyrell rumoured to be at the centre of a heated altercation later in the experiment.
It’s understandable, then, that Cyrell isn’t impressed that her husband Nic continues to comment on Martha’s social media.
“My husband has a tendency to be a people-pleaser,’ she says. “Even if he thinks they’re a bad person, he’ll still comment and like things [on social media] because he’s so afraid of people hating him. “It’s something we’ll never see eye-to-eye on.”
Married At First Sight airs Monday to Wednesday, 7.30pm, and Sunday, 7pm, Nine Network.
