Season 10 of the infamously drama-filled reality TV show we all love-to-hate, Married At First Sight has introduced a bombshell couple Bronte and Harrison.
The wedding between Bronte and Harrison got off to a very positive start but the reception was where the real juice erupted.
And with the first moment we met Harrison, we knew he was trouble (when he walked in… Swiftie fans will get it).
Bronte put on a brave face at the wedding after she was told some upsetting information about Harrison.

After the ceremony, a friend of the bride then pulled Bronte away to drop a drama-filled bomb that she has a friend who has been dating Harrison for the past month and a half.
The friend even had proof in the form of screenshots of the text conversation Harrison was having with this supposed girlfriend of his.
Bronte understandably confronts Harrison. His response? “I was seeing a number of girls before this. I was a single guy in Sydney.”

(Image: Nine)He goes on to say he wasn’t in a relationship with them, and then admitted that he “connected” with someone he had a crush on a week before he entered the show.
It was later revealed that the mystery girl even helped him back his bags for the experiment! And Harrison was talking to her on his wedding day.
During the first dinner party in 2023 season, Harrison was challenged by fellow bride Melinda, which he clearly didn’t enjoy. But Melinda’s points struck a chord with Bronte as she realised his excuses weren’t quite air-tight.
“I don’t appreciate being attacked like that,” he told the camera crew.
This romance didn’t last very long…
(Image: Nine)Bronte was visibly upset yet Harrison never confided or apologised but rather bought her a little cupcake – which she didn’t appreciate.
“I didn’t know you were crying,” he told Bronte. “What do I have to apologise for?”
“It’s amazing, you’ve turned this entire thing into something about Bronte… I’m also going through a lot of things at the moment.”
He then turned the conversation around, asking what effort Bronte was putting into the relationship. After just a few minutes of living together, the pair already moved into separate apartments.
Harrison wasn’t impressed with the experts.
(Image: Nine)Harrison hoped the experts would hold Bronte accountable during the commitment ceremony but was quickly shut down as they questioned his true intentions, claiming he had been minimising the scandal from the beginning.
“I kinda resent the idea that I don’t deserve the opportunity to have a relationship because of what I was doing a week before coming into here,” he said.
“My attitude was I’m not going to stop living my life going up to essentially an experiment with someone I’ve never met before. I just didn’t feel the need to be faithful to someone I didn’t even know.”
After a few days of tension, Bronte reveal she wanted to move on and start fresh in order to mend the relationship. Harrison responded he wouldn’t hold anything she has done in the past against her.
“She’s done the right thing,” he said. “I just need to see that commitment from Bronte.”
Harrison was stressed after news spread he got a girls phone number.
(Image: Nine)The pair built a strong bond in only a short period of time, so when Harrison then showed his true colours once again, Bronte turned a blind eye.
After throwing another groom under the bus, Harrison eventually revealed he got a girls phone number while at the bar and claimed he deleted it straight away.
Bronte completely trusted his story as “girls are gonna find him attractive” and she is secure.
Despite multiple warnings from her fellow brides on the couples retreat, Bronte refused to believe that she was being ’emotionally manipulated’ by Harrison.
But her trust in Harrison was her downfall after the couple had a major blowout. The groom insisted Bronte show more commitment, but nothing seemed good enough as the pair split!
“I’ve worked out what my deal breakers are and for me I need consistency, I need trust,” he said. “You continuously break my trust.”
Bronte was left distraught.
(Image: Nine)But when Bronte mentioned how she trusted him when he got a girls phone number at the bar, Harrison didn’t understand why she was “bring up the past.”
“I see it now… It’s literally emotional manipulation,” Bronte said.
And after the words ‘gaslight’ and ‘manipulate’ were thrown around a few more times, the pair still wanted to stay in the experiment. However they didn’t get off the couch without a grilling from Mel Schilling, who called out Harrison for “crossing his own boundary” when it comes to talking badly about your partner behind their back.
According to Mel, Harrison said Bronte only wanted to go back to Perth to “hop into a bikini and show off.”
After seeing Bronte so happy in Perth, Harrison became more concerned his wife wasn’t ready for the “next step” aka moving across the country despite her clearly stating she would relocate. But he needed more reassurance.
Harrison insinuated his wife was a liar, and after his behaviour was called out for being “narcissistic” and “cowardice” by Bronte’s little sister, he walked off. Bronte then slammed her ring on the table saying, “its a divorce.”
