Married At First Sight lovebirds Jules Robinson and Cameron Merchant are officially married! The pair tied the knot, for the second time, in Sydney on Sunday, November 17.
The happy couple met at the altar while filming MAFS in September 2018. One year later, and seven months after the season wrapped, the pair have wed for real.
The couple were married in an intimate ceremony at the Beta Bar and Alpha Restaurant in Sydney over the weekend, with their wedding set to air in a special event episode of A Current Affair on Tuesday, November 19.
The episode will give fans a look in to the couple’s wedding, going behind-the-scenes of their special day. Pictured at the nuptials was Nine’s Sylvia Jeffreys, who hosted the event for the show.
Some of their Married At First Sight co-stars were in attendance for the wedding, of course, with friends including Cyrell Paule, Nic Jovanovic and Jules’ bridesmaid Heidi Latcham on the guest list. Also invited were the couple’s close friends, The Block 2018 winners Hayden and Sara Vale.
On choosing Heidi as her bridesmaid, Jules told TV WEEK she was excited to have her co-star by her side.
“My bridesmaids are the ones who’ve seen me through the heartache, held my hand through all the love and everything,” she said of her bride tribe, which includes Heidi.
“She had my back the whole time – great friends for life. No-one can really understand the MAFS experiment unless you’ve lived it.”
Jules shared a photo with Heidi, and her new husband Cam, on Saturday ahead of the wedding. The happy couple celebrated their upcoming nuptials with friends and family at the Catalina in Rose Bay.
“The three musketeers,” Jules captioned the happy snap.
Congratulations to the happy couple! We can’t wait to see the fairytale come to life on our screens this week.
The special event episode of A Current Affair airs Tuesday, November 19, at 7pm on Nine.
