It was love – and wedded bliss – at first sight for Jules Robinson and Cameron Merchant in the premiere episode of Married At First Sight.
There was instant chemistry for Jules, 36, and Cam, 34, who met at the altar at their stunning Sydney wedding.
“She’s absolutely stunning. Straight away beautiful smile!” Cam remarked upon seeing his blushing bride.
The smitten “newlyweds” have quickly become fan-favourites, with viewers left asking one important question: Are Jules and Cam still together?
As viewers are well aware, filming on the reality TV series began several months ago. Meaning if the relationship was “successful” and survived the MAFS “experiment,” Jules and Cam would still be together now.
In previous seasons, contestants such as Sarah Roza and Telv Williams have revealed they are an item while the show is still on the air. However, the show’s new couples are yet to make any such revelations… So we’ll just have to stick with the clues.
One big “clue” – or rather, one big piece of evidence – that Jules and Cam are still an item could be the fact that they were photographed enjoying a date night earlier this week.
Photos obtained by The Daily Mail show the pair having afternoon drinks at The Bellevue Hotel in Sydney on Monday.
So far, so good.
Another clue is that the loved-up couple still follow each other on Instagram – a good sign – and have been posting very romantic captions on all of their wedding photos.
“The moment you’re about to kiss your husband for the first time …. call me old fashioned!” Jules wrote alongside a photo from her wedding day.
Jules also posted this cheeky snap of her dress details, with Cam’s hand resting on her.
“I think he likes me? What do you think?” she joked in the caption.
Those seem like the excited posts of a woman in love, if you ask us.
Meanwhile, Cam shared a photo of the moment he exchanged vows with his bride at the ceremony.
“When you realise everything might just be ok… ” he wrote. He also used the hashtag “#TeamJam,” so we guess that’s their couple name sorted!
We can’t wait to see more from JAM as the series continues.
