On top of explosive fights, bed-hopping and brides and grooms more interested in partner swapping than committing to their “marriages”, Woman’s Day can reveal not one but two Married At First Sight couples are thought to have fallen pregnant during the controversial matchmaking series. But who are the lucky couples – and are they the original pairings?
It’s no secret this year’s cast are treating the “experiment” more like a swingers party than a life-long commitment, and insiders say producers have been left to pick up the pieces as the show turned too wild for TV!
“A lot of stuff viewers don’t get to see went down during filming at Meriton Suites North Sydney,” reveals an insider.
“Pregnancy tests were found in two of the apartments but because there’s been so much crossover between couples hooking up, nobody really knows who they belong to!”
Only last month, eagle-eyed fans speculated that marketing consultant Tracey Jewel, 34, may be pregnant after an appearance on the Today show when she “looked bumpy.”
She then confirmed she was keen to start a family with Dean Wells, telling OK!, “Dean is definitely dad material. He has a lot of strengths that make for a good parent.”
Dean, 40, also revealed his desire to have kids, saying, “I love them. I’ve met Tracey’s daughter Grace now, too, and that went really well.”
But with his shocking comments during the boys’ night hitting Tracey like a sledgehammer, she may be reconsidering her options.
Also desperate to jump on the baby bandwagon were Sarah Roza and Telv Williams.
“I’d like one, maybe two,” Sarah said in an interview, while Telv added, “I want two – we can’t have an only child!”
But the couple’s relationship was in turmoil last week after a huge fight saw Sarah, 39, chuck Telv, 33, out of their apartment, and he later blocked her number.
WATCH: The grooms discuss partner swapping. Post continues…
Days later, rumours were swirling that the pair had kissed and made up – and had even become engaged, with a source revealing they’d seen the restaurant proposal first-hand.
Perhaps the most likely to be hearing the pitter-patter of tiny feet are MAFS golden couple Patrick Miller, 35, and Charlene Perera, 33, who became even closer after the boys’ night out.
Now fans are hoping the couple will make a big announcement before the season wraps.
Charlene looked tellingly bumpy at the Woman’s Day photoshoot, but neither would confirm if they’re trying.
There’s also an outside chance secret lovebirds Troy Delmege, 34, and Carly Bowyer, 32, could be expecting.
Last week, viewers got the first glimpse of their growing affection when Troy comforted Carly during the tumultuous group dinner party. According to a well-placed source, the couple are moving very quickly in their relationship!
“Troy is already planning a move to Melbourne to be with Carly,” says our insider. “And they’re talking about shopping for an engagement ring!”
