Some of the Love Island ladies might want to keep their plastic surgery secrets close to their chest when Elias rolls in – because he’s got some strong views about cosmetic enhancements.
Upon meeting Elias before he decamps to Spain, NW quickly discovers that the male model, 27, thinks all nips and tucks are “ridiculous.”
“I don’t like fake asses, fake faces, lip filler… [Girls] don’t need plastic surgery – they need a psychologist!” he rants.
“There are certain circumstances where it is, in my mind, OK – like if you have breast cancer or something – but if you’re a girl with a B-cup and you’re like, ‘I want to be a D-cup,’ [then] I just feel that’s ridiculous.”
Well, it’s probably a good thing he’s not super fussed about finding love on the show then…
With modelling campaigns for Bonds and 2XU under his belt, Elias is sure to be someone’s type on paper – but they’ll have to make a really good impression to win him over.
“I think people that look for love generally fail. You’re setting yourself up to fail because you’re forcing something,” he tells NW.
“I’m happy to invest [in a girl], if I see something I like. But I’m holding out for something decent.”
So what’s a girl gotta do to make the cut for this Love Island hottie?
“I don’t want that kind of girl that’s going to sit on the beach and paint her nails. If I’m out surfing, I want her to get involved. I’m not going to be disappointed if I go on and I don’t meet anyone.”
Hey, at least he’s honest!
Don’t miss this week’s NW for more Love Island goss!
