COVID may be ravaging the country but there is one little tropical location where social distancing certainly doesn’t exist – Love Island.
As a group of drop-dead-gorgeous singles get close and personal to find love or win a cash prize of $50,000, what will rule supreme; love or money?
After a one-year hiatus, the Love Island Australia production team have found a way to scour the country for the hottest singles to appear in the third season of the smash hit reality show without scouting out people in bars, beaches and gyms.
Instead, the production team have partnered with dating app Tinder to track down a bunch of eligible guys and gals to populate the island of love.
Of course, it wouldn’t be the full Love Island experience without sexy cupid Sophie Monk leading the way as the host.
“I am doing Love Island this season,” Sophie, 41, confirms to TV WEEK excitedly.
“They’ve just started casting!”
This season, instead of heading overseas to previous locations Fiji and Spain, the Aussie singles are heating up our screens direct from a mansion in Queensland.
We can’t wait for the juicy new season!
