With I’m a Celeb…Get Me Outta Here just under a week away – rumours surrounding the suspected cast mates are at an all-time high.
And with Network Ten dropping little golden nuggets of information and clues for us to decipher, the guessing game is stronger than ever.
The latest video addition to the official I’m A Celeb Instagram (see above) is perhaps the most controversial – as one of the celebs appears to be none other than former Channel 9 Today host, Karl Stefanovic.
There are so many reasons as to how this couldn’t really be a possibility – including that pesky Channel 9 contract the 44-year-old is still under with his show This Time Next Year – but the synthesised laugh hidden by an emoji is definitely pleading a very good case!
The video, which teases a series of campers covered by various emojis, has them revealing facts about the “last time they were in the media”.
But it was the combination of clues which have fans freaking out, not just one – because a few of the signs together, point a billion arrows at Karlos.
Of course, this could be a cheeky Network Ten’s publicity stunt – but it’s still very exciting!
One mystery male, who looks like his arms have seen some sun (ahem Cabo, Mexico), said: “I was recently in newspapers celebrating quite a large moment in my life…”
Karl, of course, made a splash in early December with his wedding to local shoe designer, Jasmine Yarbrough.
Then, another camper said: “You’ve woken up with me on many occasions,” which could be a nod to the new-husband’s Today tagline, “I wake up with Today”.

But it was the final piece of information which another camper revealed, which is really causing the stir.
“I was last in the news just before Christmas with a lot of speculation over which direction I might be going.” Going? As in, not on the Today show anymore?
Hmmm…it’s all very suspicious Network Ten! But then again, Karl does love crickets…
On December 19, the Nine Network confirmed that Stefanovic would be leaving the Today Show after working on the morning news program for over 14 years.
Darren Wick, Director of News and Current Affairs, confirmed the news in a statement on Wednesday.
“For over 14 years Karl has been at the centre of the Today Show bringing his unique personality and perspective to the day’s news and current affairs.”
Karl’s brother Peter was also let go from the Network and his wife, Sylvia Jeffreys moved to a different time slot.
