But the pair will face yet more drama this week when Izzy is confronted with a shock revelation.

Despite everyone’s doubts, Izzy stands by her and Simon’s open relationship.

“Simon has a history of relationships falling apart because he’d always cheat,” Izzy, 28, tells TV WEEK.

“So I told him he could have that kind of open relationship, as long as we’re honest with each other. It blew his mind − he wasn’t aware non-monogamy was a thing.”

Izzy and Simon have an unconventional relationship.

While Izzy and Simon, 27, have agreed they can be intimate with other people, she says Simon will always be her priority.

“I can have feelings for multiple people,” Izzy says.

“I have a lover right now who has been in a relationship with a girl for years, and she knows about me.

“But I’m only in love with Simon. I don’t have the capacity to love anyone else. I want to make sure he knows he’s number one, and I don’t want to jeopardise our relationship for anyone else.”

Some viewers were shocked by the couple’s big reveal.

That said, Izzy does admit she struggles with jealousy.

“There’s always the threat you could lose them to someone else,” she says.

“But that’s true of any relationship − you can fall out of love at any time.

“Simon is a lot better at detaching emotion and sex, whereas it takes me longer to get to the point where I want to have sex with someone.

“I won’t have sex with someone I can’t consider being somewhat of a friend.”
