It’s been just a little a month since Bachelor in Paradise couple, Sam Cochrane and Tara Pavlovic ended their engagement – and Tara has come forward with a few shocking truth bombs about the pair’s “toxic” relationship.

“The relationship was just the most toxic thing,” the 27-year-old Queenslander told The Daily Mail.
“He would always say to me I needed someone who was ‘dumb with no feelings’, that he was too smart and deep for me.”
“I feel the biggest sense of relief now that it’s all over. I finally feel like I’m myself again.”
“I was the worst version of myself when I was with [Sam], so it’ll be good to just find myself again,” she said.

The relationship and subsequent engagement of Tara and Sam was one of the biggest things to come out of Bachelor In Paradise.
Before BIP Tara was best known for her role as a contestant on Matty Johnson’s season of The Bachelor in 2017.
Sam, on the other hand, was known for his time as a ‘bad boy’ on Sophie Monk’s season of the Bachelorette, a reputation which he developed after leering at “Sophie’s Can’s” during a photo shot and allegedly trying to force a kiss on Soph.
There have been multiple reports that Sam was quick to move on from his broken engagement, including a ‘peroxide blonde’ at a music festival and possibly the Bachelor’s Cass Wood… hmm.
As with any breakup situation, we, of course, can only rely on the ‘he said she said’ version of things, and remember that it usually takes two to tango.
Let’s see how Sam, never one to shy away from the spotlight, responds to these comments.
