It’s official! After months of rumours swirling about who would be looking for love on Bachelor in Paradise this season, Channel Ten has confirmed its cast members.

First cab off the rank is loveable larrikin Timm Hanly, who found fame on Angie Kent’s season of The Bachelorette, before his heart was shattered when the Gogglebox starlet picked Carlin Sterritt over him in the finale.

He’ll be joined by fellow Bachelorette season five stars Ciarran Stott and Jamie Doran, who also once vied for Angie’s heart.

While Jamie was known for his intense pursuit of Angie, Ciarran shot to fame as a cheeky member of the mansion, before his journey was cut short when he found out his grandmother had sadly passed away during filming.

Meanwhile, The Bachelor season seven runner-up Abbie Chatfield is also resuming her search for love after being brutally dumped by Matt Agnew in favour of Chelsie McLeod last year.

Abbie has her sights firmly set on Ciarran – but only time will tell if it’s a match made in heaven.

Then comes Brittany Hockley, who played a part in one of the most memorable Bachelor finales to date.

Along with love rival Sophie Tieman, Brittany – and the rest of the country – was left shocked when her Bachelor, Nick “Honey Badger” Cummins opted to pick neither women and go home alone.

Perhaps she’ll have better luck in Paradise, a place that Channel Ten promises holds “romance, scandal, betrayal, spilled tea and for three couples, true love”.

Alisha Aitken Radburn

She didn’t find love with Jules Bourne or Paddy Colliar on last season of BIP but blonde beauty Alisha, who starred on Nick Cummins’ season of The Bachelor is hopeful round two in Paradise will work a charm.

Jessica

Jessica Brody

The tattooed beauty from Matt Agnew’s season sparked rumours of a romance with comedian Tommy Little after her time on the show. Jessica, however, maintained they were “just friends” and looks like she was right, because she’s now heading to Paradise.

Helena

Helena Sauzier

Helena made it to final three on Matt Agnew’s season of The Bachelor, before being sent home. Hometown visits didn’t go well for the Health Sciences student, who had multiple ‘will she walkout?’ moments that she says were a result of Matt forgetting basic information about her, due to his total lack of interest.

Cassandra

Cassandra Mamone

Another ex-Matt Agnew contestant, the South African jewellery designer is heading to Fiji, and we can’t wait to see her, and hopefully some of her beautiful designs, too.

Mary

Mary Viturino

The mother-of-one didn’t find love with Bachelor Matt Agnew, so she’s heading to Paradise for a second chance.
