A huge congratulations is in order for former NRL player Braith Anasta, who has become a dad for for the second time!
Last night, Braith’s girlfriend Rachael Lee gave birth to their first child together.
The sporting great, who was previously married to Jodi Gordon and shares three-year-old daughter Aleeia, proudly shared with his fans his joyous news.
“PERFECTION! GiGi Anasta 21/1/18,” he penned alongside a photo of his baby girl.
New mum Rachael also took to the social media site to show off her bundle of joy.
“My Beautiful Soul Baby Gigi Lee Anasta- born today,” she began her post alongside a photo of her sleeping cherub.
“2.8kgs 47cm,” she spoke of her newborn’s measurements.
“Couldn’t be more in love and obsessed with my girl.”
Rachael, who is already a mum to seven-year-old son Addison, from a previous relationship, told her fans that the birth had been a tedious process.
“It’s been a long two days- and I’m glad it’s over ( so is Braith! ) Now we have a gorgeous baby girl!”

Braith and Rachael couldn’t be happier about their new bub!
Braith and his new flame confirmed they were expecting their first child together, back in July.
Jodi Gordon’s former love penned,”Thank you for the best gift in life.. I can’t wait for the next chapter of our lives together with our amazing family!!”
“I love you so much @rachaelleex xxxx #overthemoon #couldntbehappier,” the message read alongside a snap of his partner’s ultrasound.
Aleeia can’t wait to be a big sister, with the footy star telling Confidential, “Rachael and I love kids.”
“We both have one of our own and now we’ve got a blended family, the four of us live together and we’re going to be adding another one to the clan so we’re really pumped.”
“Aleeia’s really excited because she’s at that period where she loves babies. She walks around the house with dolls and is feeding them. She’s very proud.”
Jodi and Braith ended their union back in 2015.
The 36-year-old’s ex-wife is also extremely supportive.
“Everything’s really smooth, we’ve had no troubles,” Braith confessed at the time of the announcement.
“Rachael’s ex-husband and my ex-wife Jodi have been fine. They were the first to congratulate us, they know the dynamic we’ve got with the kids, they’re excited as well, we’ve had no problems whatsoever,” he said.
