A huge congratulations are in order for Ash Pollard and her partner Peter Ferne for welcoming their second child, another baby girl!

The reality television star announced the exciting news on her Instagram with the most touching picture of her newborn, whom she has named Claudette Polly Ferne.

Ash captioned her sweet post with a lovely message dedicated to her family’s significant milestone.

“Merry Christmas everyone!” she penned.

“We did it. Another little girl! Claudette Polly Ferne.”

The couple are already parents to their first child, a daughter called Clementine, who arrived in September 2020.

Ash broke the news of her second pregnancy via a hilarious Instagram post featuring herself in full glam.

With a bold red lip, oversized sunglasses, a black bodycon dress and slippers, the former My Kitchen Rules star posed with one hand on her hip and one holding a phone to her ear.

“On the burner, making serious arrangements for baby #2!” she wrote in her caption. “Hospital room must be north-facing, daily coffee order placed and confirming evening turn-down service. Lol!”

“Pete and I, although shocked initially, are terribly grateful and positively excited for another little ankle biter,” Ash added.

To sign off her sassy reveal, she explained her daughter had yet to comprehend her upcoming promotion to big sister.

The family four are filled with extra love today.

In conversation with Now To Love, Ash, 35, candidly discussed how becoming a mother changed her for the better because it gave her a new and vital “perspective” on life.

“I have to say, I was a pretty selfish person before I had a kid,” she explained in December last year.

“I kept thinking to myself: ‘Oh god, now I’m going to have to spend money on nappies, and I won’t be able to buy those Scanlan shoes.’ I mean, what an absolute moron! My life has been put into perspective, and I couldn’t be more grateful.”
