The Seven Network presenter and his fashion designer wife introduced their beautiful baby girl, Sloane Ann Napier Williams via Instagram on Monday.
“Tom and I are honoured to have another baby girl join our world yesterday, Sloane Ann Napier Williams. Feeling truly blessed,” fashion designer Rachel, 33, captioned a black and white photo of her bundle of joy.
Meanwhile, Tom, 45, excitedly shared a snap of his eldest daughter, Storm, giving her baby sister a cuddle.
“Cuddles for Sloane from her big sister Storm…it’s been a lovely day and the family are settling in nicely,” the TV host beamed, before adding, “Rachel has delivered another beautiful little girl.”
Rachel proudly posted a photo of her newborn daughter, Sloane.
Already back at work, Tom joined his co-host Sally Obermeder on their show, The Daily Edition, where he was eager to talk about his expanding family.
Describing it as a great day, Tom observed that “just like Storm, she [Sloane] has lots of hair,” and that his wife was “doing really well!”
Tom and Rachel, who married in 2012, previously welcomed their first child, Storm, in Sydney on January 8, 2014.

In December last year, Tom explained he desperately wanted to expand his family. “We definitely want to have more. It’s just a matter of when, I don’t know,” he said.
“I mean, I’d have 10 Storms … she is just that much of a good little baby and she has been a real treasure this whole year.”
