Sylvia Jeffreys’ latest day out with her family has given her fans some more insight into the growing family.
Sylvia’s new photo of her son Oscar on a playdate with his cousin sparked claims that he is a carbon copy of his father, Peter Stefanovic.
In the picture, the newly minted big brother is looking pensively at something outside the camera while holding a spade, and his cousin’s face is lit up by whatever is happening in the background.
Sylvia captioned the amusing picture, “Buckets of fun with Cousin Queenie 👑 🏖.”
The very serious stare reminded fans of the toddler’s journalist father, who was tagged in the photo.
One fan commented, “Bless. Oscar looks like Pete there. I know that look ❤️❤️🥰,” and another fan posted, “Oscar, he looks like his dad.”
Yet another one also added: “Oscar is the image of his father.”
Sylvia and Pete recently welcomed their second child, Henry, earlier this month, and last week the newborn baby spent time bonding with his extended family members.
His mother’s lookalike sister Claire Going recently jetted to Sydney from interstate to help out with the new bundle and the Today Extra star says she couldn’t be more grateful for her support.
Taking to Instagram to praise her sibling, the TV star wrote: “She came, she cuddled, she batch-cooked. We love you, Aunty Claire @cfgoing.”
The sweet post was accompanied with a black-and-white photo of Claire holding Henry alongside Sylvia.
Clearly smitten with her new nephew, Claire commented under the pic: “…and she loved every minute! Thanks for having me xxx.”
The Project host Lisa Wilkinson shared her support for the sisters in the comment section, writing: “Some excellent sistering and snuggling going on in that pic! ❤️❤️❤️ xx.”
Meanwhile Australian journalist Jodie Speers also commented on the sweet pic: “Naw, the magic of a sister! Hope my girls do this for each other one day! x.”
Sylvia certainly seems to be soaking up all the family moments as she enjoys her maternity leave.
