The pair, who married in 2017 after meeting on the set of a Wiggles tour, encountered a challenging journey to welcoming their new baby, with Lauren struggling to conceive initially.

They have since revealed it took Lauren two years before she fell pregnant following the discovery of cysts on her ovaries. But she miraculously fell pregnant naturally, and it’s clear the journey was absolutely worth it.

“We never put a lot of pressure on ourselves [while trying to fall pregnant]. But then there were complications, as soon as we got out of our head that it doesn’t look like we can physically fall pregnant at the moment, we fell pregnant… And you hear that story so many times but that’s literally what happened,” Red Wiggle told Now To Love of their fertility journey.

“We kept on pretending that we weren’t fully committed to the name Asher for ages, but we did sort of practise walking into his room and going, ‘Hey, Asher!’ And writing his name out and all that fun stuff. But we did get sold from the meaning of Asher – the name means blessed and happy,” Lauren revealed of their choice in name.
