Former Bachelor Sam Wood has shared a hilarious video to his 260k+ Instagram followers, showing the moment he discovered that parenting got the best of him.
With arms full of grocery bags, Sam is being filmed from behind with what is clearly one of daughter, Willow‘s bibs hanging from his butt! The filmer – … we assume it’s fiancé Snezana Markoski is laughing so hard she can barely breathe as it becomes clear that Sam has done an entire grocery shop with his secret accessory.
Wood writes: “When you go to the supermarket for an hour, pushing your trolley around and then get home to be told you have a bib stuck to your butt #dadlife”
The video, which has been seen nearly 70k times has his fans laughing and the parents amongst them empathising.
“How good is being a parent? I walked around Westfield for ages with spew all down my back. Black top, white spew. Not subtle LOL” writes one fan.
“I don’t know how many times my husband goes out with stickers on his face,” shares another.
It seems baby vomit is a common surprise accessory, with fellow parent penning this: “… reminds me of the time I came home to be told I had baby vom all down my back….my twins were about 4 weeks old,”.
However it’s apparent that when it comes to embarrassment, Sam might have gotten off lightly: “I once walked around the mall with undies hanging out of my hoodie!”
Wood and Markoski, who fell in love on The Bachelor Australia in 2015 welcomed daughter, Willow Wendy Wood in October last year.
