We’re used to seeing 37-year-old PR maven Roxy Jacenko spoil her daughter Pixie with a lavish lifestyle, so we couldn’t expect the six-year-old’s birthday party to be any different. The celebration, which took place at Nubo Play, was fit for a princess.
The eldest child of Roxy and husband Oliver Curtis had a ballerina-themed celebration with pink, silver and gold decorations, white roses and a lavish tiered birthday cake, topped with a gold crown, of course.
Pixie, who has been dubbed the ‘Princess of Instagram’, wore the party dress of our dreams. It took a team of seamstresses four days to make – and you can see why. As Jacenko described on her Instagram, it was made of French tulle, 3,000 Swarovski stones, a French lace bodice, ostrich feathers and embroidered silver flowers.
Pixie’s lucky party guests got treated to face-painting, balloon animals, yummy treats, dancing and dress-ups. Her three-year-old little brother, Hunter, was also in attendance.
All we’re thinking now is… how can her seventh birthday possibly top this?
The family-of-four looked as happy as ever despite troubled times recently. Curtis, 33, was sent to prison in Cooma last June for insider trading and was recently released. Jacenko revealed to Daily Mail last month that she had doubts they’d become a family unit again. “The reality is I didn’t know whether we’d stay together, that’s the truth,” she said. “I really didn’t think we would. I didn’t think there was any hope.”
However, the couple, who married in 2012, appear more loved-up than ever. Curtis recently popped the question (again) to get hitched with a reported engagement ring worth $500,000.
