When Pink and Carey Hart named their children Jameson Moon and Willow Sage, we already knew these parents had to be pretty quirky.
But the rockstar couple have done plenty more to prove they’re arguably the coolest parents out there.

Take Pink for example: Not only does the kick-ass singer share candid snaps to her Instagram that all mums can relate (and laugh) to, but she’s also outspoken on empowering her daughter and other young girls to embrace who they are.
Similarly, Carey is the definition of a Pa that’s cool and calm with a sprinkle of fun. Just this week, Hart hit back at critics after posting pictures of his one-year-old son out and about despite sporting signs from a recent bout of hand, foot and mouth – a common childhood illness. Fans were quick to question why he would allow him outside of the house.

Hart took none of it, posting another image of his son to Instagram along with the sarcastic caption: “Can you believe that of the 80+ crew and band on tour, wife, daughter, nannies, myself, and restaurant patrons; no one go HF&M???? It must be a miracle!!!!!!!! 😂😂😂.”
He also included some snarky hash tags: “#GuessThePediatricianKnowsHisSh*t #LittleFuelForTheFire #HappyMonday”

1. When Pink takes multi-tasking to the next level

The singer-songstress has been known to share snaps with her children in the dressing room, proving she can mother and tour the globe performing concerts at the same time.
The cute pics showing her kids trying on makeup are worth hitting the follow button alone.
2. When Carey gets real about parenting and takes none of the hate

As aforementioned, young Jameson recently suffered a bout of hand, foot and mouth during Pink’s tour in Australia and New Zealand. But Hart was fiercely defensive about letting his son keep going about his daily life.
Posting a picture of the one-year-old, Hart wrote: “Wanna know how glamorous tour can be? Jameson has hand, foot, and mouth; and willow has a 102 temp. Both kids laid up and mama @pink still has to push through and do shows. I had Jameson at breakfast yesterday and this vile woman at the table next to us kept staring at him with a sh***y look on her face. I told her it was bed bugs.”
3. When Pink got real about her post-baby body

It’s no secret social media is saturated with posts from mothers with incredible bodies discussing how they bounced back three weeks after giving birth. But Pink has levelled the playing field, sharing a post of herself at the gym after giving birth to Jameson along with a stirring caption: “I know I’m not at my goal or anywhere near it after Baby 2 but dammit I don’t feel obese.

Baby Jameson has featured many a time on Carey’s social media channels donning a motor cycle helmet, and you can tell his Pa, a former motocross competitor, is proud as punch.

Meanwhile, Hart gushed when his seven-year-old daughter Willow bargained herself $100 for having her tooth pulled out. In a post to Instagram, he wrote: “Willz is gonna be the next major investment banker. We settled on 100 buck for 1 shot at pulling her tooth out. Was the best money I ever spent, and she got 20 weeks worth of tour per diem in 5 seconds. #LoveThisKid”.
5. When Pink followed up breast pumping with a cheeky vino

Pink showed another side to motherhood when she shared a photo of herself holding a bottle of wine along with the caption: “When you’re almost done pumping and you know what’s next”.

In June, Carey shared a picture of Willow sporting bright purple locks along with the caption: “Have you met my daughter Wednesday Addams??? Love you munchkin.”

The singer has been outspoken on public breast-feeding in the past, telling Alan Carr in an interview that she’d “start fights” in restaurants if someone had a problem with it.

8. When Carey let Willow give him a haircut

It was a bold move, but Carey put fun before fashion when he let Willow take a razer to his locks. In the picture shared to Instagram, Willow looks ready for business.

10. When they dressed up as characters from ET for Halloween

In a series of throwback pics of her Halloween ensembles throughout the years, Pink shared a golden shot of her family of three at the time.
Little Willow was hidden inside an ET costume, while Hart wore Elliot’s famous red hoodie. Pink rocked pig-tails and overalls, absolutely nailing Drew Barrymore’s early look.
