Former Married At First Sight contestants Jules Robinson and Cam Merchant have announced they are expecting!
The reality TV couple revealed the happy news on Instagram on Sunday the 5th of April with the sweetest post, sharing a photo of themselves pushing an old-fashioned pram on the cover on Stellar magazine with the accompanying cover lines: “First comes marriage, then comes love, then comes a MAFS baby in the baby carriage.”
“We are having a baby!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️,” Jules wrote, adding, “You heard it here so you know it’s actually true!”
She continued: “And we couldn’t be happier! I’m already so in love with my bump!”

(Credit: Getty)In the accompanying interview Jules, 37, also admitted she was surprised at how quickly she fell pregnant.
“I honestly thought it was going to come with a fight. Because of my age, I had done all the hormone testing, the egg count… so much is instilled that you’re going to struggle because of your age,” she explained to the publication.
Adding: “So I had it in my head that it was going to be a problem, but on the flip side, I think my saving grace was because all my focus was on launching my Figur shapewear line, it wasn’t the centre of my universe. I wasn’t obsessing over it. And for that, I’m so grateful.”
Proud dad to-be Cam admitted he was over-the-moon when they found out they were expecting in January this year.
“I cried, for sure. I was emotional. It’s a big step and I’ve never done this before,” Cam said.
As for pregnancy cravings, Jules is devouring honey on toast and Weet-Bix.
The announcement comes just months after the couple tied the knot for real in a ceremony in Sydney in November last year.
Shortly before the wedding a cute snap of Cam and Jules at a film premiere in late July that spun the rumour mill into overdrive that the couple could soon be welcoming a child into their lives.
Posing on the red carpet, Cam put a protective arm on Jules’ stomach – and the sweet, suggestive gesture sent more than a few tongues wagging!

(Credit: Getty)The duo have previously hinted that they would like to start a family soon, with Jules telling TV WEEK earlier this year that the couple would start “seriously talking” about their family plans in 2020, while Cam gushed that Jules will make an “incredible mother”.
Looks like these two are right on cue!

Cam says seeing Jules’ reaction to children is what made him fall in love with her in the first place.
“It was when we were travelling to the Gold Coast,” he told TV WEEK, “and we saw some little ones running around at the airport and we both just smiled. I knew then that she’d be an incredible mother.
“You can say you love someone, but unless you see a real future with them, it makes it hard.”
Cam and Jules are the second couple from the Channel Nine show to have a baby together after season one couple Zoe Hendrix and Alex Garner welcomed daughter Harper-Rose together in 2016, before they sadly split in 2018.
