Jules Robinson is just a few days into motherhood and the former MAFS star is already nailing what it feels like to be functioning on such little sleep.
On Tuesday Jules, who welcomed a beautiful baby boy called Oliver Chase Merchant with husband Cam Merchant over the weekend, shared a series of oh-so-relatable videos to her Instagram Stories documenting her first drive with little Ollie in the car.

And while to most people, driving from A to B seems like no big deal, having a vulnerable newborn in the backseat adds a whole new terrifying layer to the seemingly easy task.
“Big moment! I just drove for the first time with little Ollie in the back. 30 minutes, in silence I do have to say,” Jules explained from the seat of her parked car.
However, once she arrived to her destination she soon realised she’d forgotten one crucial thing – the keys to the door!
“And now I’ve arrived where I need to be and I’ve forgot the keys to get in. Haha! Big time baby brain,” the reality star laughed, alongside the hashtag #babybrain.
Despite the mishap, the 37-year-old was able to see the humorous side to it and celebrate the little win of a smooth car ride with her peacefully sleeping bub is tow.
“What an achievement it is. It’s quite scary, isn’t it? A lot of women have said that when you drive for the first time you’re just looking at the mirror at the back.”
“But we did it! Accomplishment and fail at the same time,” Jules admitted.
On Sunday, the MAFS favourite shared the stunning first photo of Ollie.
Sitting on her hospital bed cross-legged, she looks lovingly at her sleeping newborn in her arms with a sign in front that reads: “Welcome to the world baby cub Oliver Chase Merchant.”
And to make matters even cuter, Jules is also wearing a T-shirt with the words “Mama Lioness” emblazoned across it.
“Hear me roar 🦁#mamalionessandhercub #proudmumma #newborn,” the proud new mum captioned her post.
New dad Cam has also shared a heartwarming post since Oliver’s arrival, remarking that he’s “so thankful” to welcome his firstborn.
“Hold on tight little one.. This thing called life is an amazing ride,” Cam, 36, wrote.
“So thankful to welcome a healthy & gorgeous little Oliver Chase Merchant into our lives. What an incredible experience & one that I will never forget.”
He added: “Mum was amazing throughout & doing well & I’m not sure I can describe the love I have & so thankful to hold your little hand throughout.”
