It’s official: House Rules host Johanna Griggs is just like all of us, especially when it comes to celebrating the lives of her children.
The mum-of-two is “bursting with pride and emotion” over her youngest son, Joe, and his partner, Katie Buttel, bringing their little boy into the world. And, like any proud mum Joh is unashamedly oversharing the joyous moment on social media.
“Meet our gorgeous grandson – he is beyond exquisite,” she wrote on Instagram. “Katie and Joe [were] completely calm and [are] over the moon. Both families ecstatic with the safe arrival of this much loved little man.”

Joh, 44, then went on to say that her grandson is “yet to be named” and the experience of watching her son hold his child is “beyond surreal”.
“Can’t begin to to describe how incredible it is to see my baby holding his baby,” she continued.
“What a beautiful day.”
Joh, who shares her sons Joe, 21, and Jesse, 22, with ex-husband Garry Sweet, couldn’t quit the love fest, adding that this little boy is a “divine gift” for their family.
“I’m just bursting with pride and emotion with the arrival of our first grandson, she continued. “What a divine gift into all of our lives he is.”
